KCF Guide Sleeve for Resistance Welding
KCF guide sleeves are widely used as insulating locating components in resistance welding systems. They help guide and position nuts, bolts, or studs while reducing unwanted electrical conduction between the locating component and the welding circuit.
Unlike conventional metal sleeves, specially treated KCF alloy develops an electrically insulating surface layer while retaining the mechanical characteristics of a metal component.
