High-End Si3N4 Ceramic Welding Guide Pins (Silicon Nitride)
Engineered for heavy-duty automotive and industrial nut welding lines, our premium Si3N4 Silicon Nitride Ceramic Guide Pins offer the ultimate combination of ultra-high hardness, extreme wear resistance, and 100% electrical insulation. They completely eliminate welding spatter adhesion and electrical arcing, delivering a service life 15 times longer than traditional steel pins.
Description
Our high-end Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) ceramic welding guide pins are engineered specifically for high-intensity projection welding, nut welding, and sheet metal assembly lines (such as automotive body-in-white manufacturing). Made from ultra-high purity gas pressure sintered silicon nitride (GPSN), these pins deliver an exceptional combination of mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and extreme thermal shock resistance where traditional metals and first-generation ceramics fail.
Key Performance Features
Superior Electrical Insulation: Completely eliminates electrical arcing during projection welding, ensuring 100% stable current flow through the nut and preventing weld spatter or thread damage.
Extreme Thermal Shock Resistance: Capable of withstanding thermal gradient impacts up to Δ900°C without cracking, perfectly suited for rapid high-temperature continuous welding cycles.
Outstanding Wear Resistance: Hardness up to 1500–1800 HV (Mohs 9). Service life is 10 to 20 times longer than hardened steel or KCF pins, drastically reducing downtime for replacements.
Anti-Slag & Low Adhesion: Smooth, non-porous polished surface prevents molten welding slag from adhering to the pin, keeping the threads clean and precisely aligned.
